With a solid foundation as a Director of Photography, George effortlessly transitions into the roles of director and producer, often taking on the responsibility of self-shooting his projects. His diverse portfolio spans projects shot in the icy landscapes of the Arctic, to the rugged mountains of Kyrgyzstan and the vast deserts of Utah, exploring a range of formats from true crime to extreme sports documentaries.

Renowned for his collaborative spirit, George's latest project, "Blood, Sweat and Cheer" (BBC Three), shines a spotlight on the inspiring journey of Team Wales Adaptive Abilities Cheerleading team as they prepare for the World Cheerleading Championships in Florida. The film has earned accolades for its celebration of inclusivity and teamwork, receiving nominations for prestigious awards such as a Grierson for Best Sports Film and a BAFTA Cymru for Best Single Factual Film.

George's dedication to storytelling extends beyond the realm of sports, as evidenced by the founding of his production company, Fathom Films. Committed to shedding light on environmental narratives, Fathom's debut project delves into the captivating tale of Orca native to British Waters, John Coe, and Aquarius, unraveling the mysteries surrounding their pod's fate.
